THE ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Advisory Council of CSVC-USA serves as a consultative and guiding body composed of elders, experts, and advocates. It upholds justice, unity, and healing for Sudanese victim communities.
It reflects the historical and regional diversity of Sudan and ensures the Coalition's integrity, inclusion, and leadership vision.
Duties & Criteria of the Advisory Council
Strategic Guidance
Provides long-term advice to align CSVC-USA’s programs with its mission and vision for justice and empowerment.
Ethical Oversight
Promotes institutional accountability and principled, non-partisan leadership—especially during organizational crises.
Conflict Mediation
Acts as a neutral mediator in disputes, ensuring peace, unity, and cooperation within the Coalition.
Program & Policy Support
Reviews key initiatives around advocacy, trauma healing, justice, and international engagement for impact.
Leadership Mentorship
Guides the next generation of Sudanese leaders—young professionals, committee heads, and coordinators.
Inclusive Representation
Ensures diversity across regions, gender, generations, and expertise, including law, health, peacebuilding, and more.
