The above is one of the major organs of the approved organizational structure for the Coalition of Sudanese Victim Communities in the USA (CSVC-USA). This structure reflects a democratic, representative, and functional model designed to ensure effective governance, advocacy, healing, and community coordination across regional chapters and national leadership bodies.
The Secretariat is the central administrative and coordination body that serves as backbone of the Coalition. It is tasked with providing professional, logistical, and technical support to the leadership, standing committees, regional chapters, and general membership. It ensures that the day-to-day operations of the Coalition run smoothly and in alignment with its mission, bylaws, and strategic direction.
Structure of the Secretariat
Headed by a Secretary-General or Executive Secretary, appointed or elected by the NCC or General Assembly. May include Program Officers, Administrative Assistants, Communications Officers, and Volunteers as needed. Operates under the strategic guidance of the National Coordinating Committee and in accordance with the Coalition's Constitution and Bylaws.
