STANDING COMMITTEES

Standing Committees

The Standing Committees of the Coalition of Sudanese Victim Communities in the USA are specialized working bodies established to carry out the ongoing thematic, technical, and programmatic responsibilities of the Coalition. Each committee focuses on a core functional area and supports both the National Coordinating Committee (NCC) and Regional Chapters in achieving the Coalition's mission of justice, healing, and empowerment for Sudanese victim communities.

Standing Committees Structure

The Secretariat operates under the supervision of relevant NCC officers and ensures program execution, community input, and grassroots alignment.

Major Standing Committees

The Standing Committees include:

1. Committee on Advocacy & Justice
2. Committee on Healing & Empowerment
3. Committee on Finance & Fundraising
4. Committee on Membership & Outreach
5. Committee on Documentation & Research

Composition and Operation

Each committee is composed of 5–9 members nominated by regional chapters or elected at the General Assembly.
