Psychological and Emotional Recovery
Overall Goal
Support trauma healing and emotional resilience within Sudanese communities through responsive, inclusive, and community-led approaches.
Culturally Responsive
Establish mental health services that are culturally tailored, including Sudanese trauma counselors who understand the unique lived experiences of the community.
Peer Support
Create survivor-led healing circles and peer-support networks that provide safe spaces for shared stories, solidarity, and emotional recovery.
Community Healing
Offer psychosocial workshops that focus on collective healing, emotional education, and long-term resilience-building within the community.
